50 years of innovation in plastics and start of clean room production in the anniversary year! We would like to thank all employees, customers and suppliers who have made this success story possible.
The machine park is expanded to 60 injection molding machines and the third external warehouse is occupied.
The graduate engineer has been with PEZET since 1994. Since 1997, he has been working as a division manager for production. Prior to his appointment to the Board of Management, he was a member of the management team for seven years as an authorized signatory. Robert Henne knows all the issues involved in manufacturing high-quality plastic parts from his own extensive practical experience.

The “energy-efficient PEZET AG” project, which is supported by all employees, is a bundle of measures to significantly reduce energy consumption. Everyone contributes their part to this. This ranges from simply switching off equipment and using 100% green electricity to recovering waste heat from machines and expanding experience with photovoltaics and recycled materials. PEZET sees sustainability as a continuous process that is consistently pursued for the benefit of all.

Experience reports
Saurer is a leading global technology company focusing on machinery, components and software for processing fibers and yarns. The cooperation with PEZET dates back to 2002.
The current focus is on supplying pneumatic cylinders as special parts in complete assemblies, including quality testing. PEZET works closely with Saurer's development department to achieve optimum results in production.

KNOCKS has been an innovation leader in compressed air preparation and fluid technology for over 50 years and has been working with PEZET for 20 years. The pressure regulators, filters and oils are sold all over the world.
PEZET is a strategic partner for KNOCKS, with whom the competitiveness, innovative strength and agility that characterize KNOCKS can be maintained and expanded. One example is the Futura series, which is still extremely successful today. A pressure reducer that was developed together with PEZET in 2006 as an absolute technical highlight, and in which metal was replaced by a plastic with 60% glass fiber content. As a result, the product is stronger, lighter, stiffer and more economical than before with metal.

With around 2500 employees, Pilz is a global supplier of components, systems and services for automation. Pilz's claim is to automate plant and machinery in such a way that the safety of man, machine and the environment is always guaranteed.
Ruben Conzelmann joined Pilz as Purchasing Manager in 2012 and now serves as Senior Vice President Production and Logistics. From the very beginning, he cooperated with PEZET as a supplier of plastic housing parts for switchgear:
» What I appreciate about working with PEZET is that the communication is very open, very honest, very reliable, solution-oriented and characterized by great appreciation. We learned what this collaboration is actually worth during the Corona period, when supply chain problems arose. The granules for our typical switchgear colors of yellow and green were suddenly no longer available.
Together with PEZET, we succeeded in switching to a transparent granulate within a very short time. This required considerable pull-ups on both sides, but thanks to PEZET's excellent support, we were able to maintain our ability to deliver. Joline is an international medical technology company specialising in minimally invasive applications. Founded in 1999, the company sells a wide range of catheters, balloon catheters and stents for various indications worldwide.
Joline sets high standards for itself and its partners in terms of the quality of its products, all of which are developed and manufactured exclusively in Germany.
Joline's Managing Director Michael Eisenlohr:
» I have known PEZET since 2005 from my previous job at a sister company to Joline. Our largest project, which is still ongoing and being expanded, is the production of our instruments for kyphoplasty. These are bone access instruments for the gentle treatment of vertebral compression fractures, consisting of a metal sleeve with a sharp tip, at the end of which is an overmolded plastic handle from PEZET.
The handling of the pointed metal shell and the precise overmoulding is not trivial, PEZET has continuously optimized this process so that today we already purchase several hundred thousand parts from PEZET. In future, these parts will be produced in PEZET's clean room, automatically placed in trays and 100% optically measured and quality-checked. This means a further considerable relief for us.
In the dialysis sector, we rely exclusively on PEZET for the manufacture of long-term dialysis catheters, as PEEK plastic is used for the connectors. PEEK is one of the most expensive materials, but offers many advantages in medical technology. As a high-temperature-resistant plastic, it can be sterilized several times, is biocompatible and virtually indestructible. PEZET manages to produce very fine parts for us from this difficult-to-process material. I am not aware of any other plastic parts manufacturer that could achieve this in this quality.
We have a very good relationship with PEZET at all levels, it hardly differs from our internal dealings. For us, this is a living partnership in which challenges can be solved quickly and competently. «
