The special processing of plastic from solid to liquid and back to solid requires a component design suitable for plastic and an individually adapted mold. We have a distinctive know-how in the development of plastic parts and use current simulation and prototyping methods. Together with you, we create the basis for a successful series.
PEZET has its own tool shop with its own maintenance department and highly qualified employees. This core competence, combined with modern machinery on which CNC machining operations such as turning, milling, EDM and wire EDM are carried out, guarantees our customers the best results from high-precision tools.
engineering & Robotics
Our services include process optimization, low-cost automation, robotics and special-purpose machine construction. Our highly qualified team is dedicated to the design, construction and commissioning of customized special purpose machines. Our developers focus on optimizing process reliability and work to increase overall efficiency. Our services range from the automation of inspection processes to the seamless integration of the latest technologies such as cobots, robotics and visual systems.
This is where ideas become parts. We monitor the entire production around the clock at our digital production control station ALS. PEZET processes even the most demanding plastics such as PEEK, PPSU and PSU in the high temperature range up to 450°C. The injection weights range from 0.1 g to 350 g. The tools used are available in all sizes up to 400 x 600 mm. We use all thermoplastics except PVC, including fillers such as glass fiber reinforced plastics. In addition, we can realize any color variants. In addition, multi-component parts or overmolded inserts can be produced.
Clean room production
We manufacture for you under clean room conditions of cleanliness class ISO 8 and are certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485 for the production of medical devices. In addition to injection molding, our clean room concept also includes assembly of subassemblies as well as validation of the entire manufacturing process, medical packaging and sterilization, including 100% quality control.
At PEZET, not only are individual parts manufactured in series, but complete assemblies are assembled and tested. We assemble, glue, join, weld, label and package – all according to your specifications. Our sub-assembly checks various parameters such as tightness, surface condition and function on request 100 %. Our offer ranges from manual to partially and fully automated assembly.
Our print shop offers a wide range of printing, laser and finishing techniques, some of which are automated. Whether pad or screen printing, hot or roll-off embossing, finishing, lasering, varnishing or dispensing – we make your plastic part individual.
PEZET is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 as well as DIN EN ISO 13485 (medical standard). Quality management and quality assurance are of central importance to us and our customers. That’s why we continuously invest in people, machines and processes to deliver exactly the quality our customers expect from us. Our range of services extends from conventional measuring equipment to gantry measuring devices and digital microscopy of the latest generation to the evaluation of plastic parts by means of computer tomography.
On approx. 6,000 m² storage area we keep raw materials, purchased parts as well as finished plastic parts and assemblies ready for you. Our Kanban system enables just-in-time deliveries. Your goods will be packed according to your specifications and shipped worldwide. In terms of sustainability, we also use a wide variety of multiple container systems such as recirculating packaging for you. We ensure that your parts are available in the ordered quantity at the desired time exactly where you need them.
